Shipping policy

Please Review the Following Agreement Before Making Your Purchase:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
  • Once your order has been placed, you will have 24 hours to cancel the order. To cancel your order during this 24-hour period, please email: hello@binkrabbitgoods.com. 24 hours after placing your order, the purchase is considered confirmed and final.
  • Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package is shipped.

Shipping Furniture Orders

  • Shipping costs are included for orders within the contiguous U.S. (some exclusions apply). Complimentary delivery is not offered outside of the contiguous U.S. Please email hello@binkrabbitgoods.com for all other destinations.
  • Build times are estimated 12-14 weeks. Build time does not include delivery transit time to your final location.
  • Furniture pieces are delivered via our white glove delivery partners with a transit time of 2-4 weeks. We will arrange for your furniture to be brought into your home, placed, and assembled. Delivery personnel will remove all packaging materials, but cannot move your existing furniture, attach anything to walls, or connect electronic equipment.
  • Once your order has shipped, our white glove delivery partners will provide tracking information and work with you directly to schedule your delivery.
  • Please note that furniture orders are unable to be held for delivery at a later date.
  • While we work to get every order out in a timely manner, your order may encounter delays from our shipping partners due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please check with us or our shipping partners for an estimated delivery time frame.

Shipping Non-Furniture Merchandise Orders

  • We ship worldwide for all non-furniture orders within 3 business days of the order being placed. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply. 
  • Complimentary delivery for orders within the contiguous U.S. only.
  • In addition to our own processing timeline, your order may encounter delays from our shipping partners due to the high volume of eCommerce orders. If your package does not arrive on the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you please wait 2-3 business days for it to arrive before contacting us at hello@binkrabbitgoods.com.
  • We offer USPS First Class shipping, UPS Standard, and DHL for orders.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing within 3 business days from the following business day.
  • We do not offer Saturday delivery or accept PO Boxes.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

  • Once your furniture or non-furniture merchandise arrives, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us your order number within 3 days at hello@binkrabbitgoods.com
  • Requests for returns or refunds made more than 3 days after the delivery date will be honored at the sole discretion of Bink Rabbit Goods.
  • If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@binkrabbitgoods.com.
